Exchanges are accepted for unworn merchandise within 30 Days of delivery of items.  Please contact us and let us know how we can help you with another size, color or style. We’d be happy to get the right fit for you if possible. There are only exchanges accepted for the price that you paid for the item. Your credit in the form of a gift card will be good for 1 year and can be used at any time.  

ReSale Shop items: These items are not returnable. They have all of the measurements available to you upon purchase. If you do not know your measurements, it would be advised to find that out before purchasing a dress, so that it will fit. Because of the nature of the business, resale purchases are not to be worn and then returned. If you have a concern or issue related to something other than fit, please feel free to contact us via email and we will be happy to consider your info.
